7 Tips For Super Health

What is health and how do you get it? What is real health? Is it losing weight, exercising daily, and eating a healthy diet? Here are 7 Super Health Tips I gained through my health journey.

The #1 Health Tip – Become your own doctor – Get an opinion from another doctor – Yours. Here are three facts that you need to know about today’s doctors. First, they don’t have any training in nutrition or how prevent or cure disease. They treat the symptoms, not what is causing them. Furthermore, statistics show that 94% are paid to give prescriptions. Two good reasons to have a second opinion.

Super Health Tip # 2. Balance is crucial. A stool needs three legs. One or two of them could cause you to fall. 70% of your health can be attributed to what you eat. Exercise has a 20% effect on your health. Your health environment (both internally, how you feel and think, and externally via your social network) is 10%.

Super Health Tip # 3 – Discover Super Foods. Whole foods have more nutrition and energy. 4th Super Health Tip – Investing in You. If you want to be a better person, then educate yourself. Invest in yourself – to reap the benefits of your lifetime. Read some health books and take nutrition classes. What is the best way to build health? Health Tip # 5: Discipline Yourself. You can become a closet nut year after year. Live it! Many people care more for their cars than they do about their bodies. This is why they spend more time planning their vacations and less time caring for the temple in which they live. Don’t be like them. You can incorporate what you’ve learned into your life.

Super Health Tip # 6: Health is a Journey. Your body is amazingly resilient. It is possible to recover from addictions, obesity, drug abuse, and other forms of body abuse. Your health will always be determined by the actions you take in the past 3 months. Be a better person and live to your 80s, 90s, or 100s with joy, zest, energy, and a sense of purpose.

Super Health Tip 7 – Become 95% Vegetarian. The evidence now supports this conclusion. The evidence is conclusive. Reduce your intake of meat and milk by 95%. Your tongue doesn’t need to filter fruits, vegetables and grains through layers and layers of fats, grease, sugar, and salt.
